I made the Flourless Toffee Chocolate Cookies a couple of days ago. Oh my! Are they chocolatey! I am a dark chocolate lover and these really fit the bill!! I think they are even better the next day. With a big glass of cold milk, there's nothing better. Thanks for another great recipe Chris. By the way, I used 3/4 cup of mini semi sweet chips plus 3/4 cup of Heath bar rough chopped and didn't add any to the top of my cookies. They were still wonderful.

Yes, I echo what many are posting. Thanks Chris and Scott for the uplifting words of selected scripture verses and other inspirational suggestions. I am uncertain how one navigates difficult times without personal faith and others to encourage. I found a spiritual connection between cooking and serving food early in life...therefore spending my time teaching Foods and Nutrition to high school students.
